With over 30 years experience in public accounting, Frank has previously served many years as the shareholder in charge of the Assurance Department along with leading the firm’s banking industry services. He has extensive experience in servicing financial institutions particularly in audit, outsourced internal audit, de novo and SEC services as well as other services designed to meet the special needs of financial institutions.  His client base also includes governmental agencies, as well as numerous business and individual tax clients.  Frank also heads up the firm’s staff recruiting efforts and regularly meets with students at universities across the state to identify talented, prospective staff members.  He received a BBA in Accounting from the University of Georgia in 1976. 

PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC AFFILIATIONS

Frank is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Georgia Society of CPAs (GSCPA) and has served as the President and Vice-President of the Heart of Georgia Chapter of the GSCPA's.  He is also past chairman of the GSCPA Peer Review Committee and a past member of the GSCPA Peer Review Executive Committee.  Frank is immediate past President of the Dublin Rotary Club and serves on its Board of Directors. Rotary has recognized him as a multiple Paul Harris Fellow, Will Watt Fellow, and Hue Thomas Fellow.  He is also a Past Chair and member of the Board of Directors of the Dublin Laurens County Chamber of Commerce. Other contributions Frank has made to the community include being an Emeritus member of Heart of Georgia Technical College Foundation Board of Trustees and serving ten years on the Executive Committee as Treasurer. In 2006 he was named the Technical College Foundation Association’s Volunteer of the Year for the state of Georgia.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Frank and his wife Debbie have two sons, Chris and John.  John has a BS degree from Georgia Southern University and a MDiv from Asbury Theological Seminary. John, his wife Raegan and son Joshua live in Vidalia, Ga. when John is pastor of Center United Methodist Church. Chris has a BBA and Masters degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. Chris has recently passed the CPA Exam and works in public accounting in Atlanta. Frank enjoys the outdoors, whether working in his yard or spending time at the beach.
