Grayson received a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Business Administration from Georgia College and State University. With over 18 years experience in public accounting and industry, he currently serves as the Assurance Services Chairperson. Grayson specializes in strategic planning for public and private sector financial institutions with special emphasis in mergers & acquisitions, capitalization, and tax credits. His expertise has also included assisting banks in compliance with SOX 404. His firm responsibilities include serving as Secretary to the Board of Directors along with being partner in charge of quality control and continuing professional education. Grayson is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). He has served as President of the local GSCPA chapter, and is an approved Peer Reviewer for the AICPA along with serving on the GSCPA Peer Review Committee. As a member of the Dublin Civitan Club, Grayson has served as their past president. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Georgia College and State University Accounting Education Alumni Association and the Popular Springs North Baptist Church Finance Committee where he serves as a Sunday School Teacher when needed. Grayson enjoys the time he spends with his family, playing golf and watching college football. He also volunteers with the children’s church as well helping his wife with her baby specialty store. Grayson and his wife, Elizabeth, have three children, Megan, Gabriel and Michael. Scotty Jones has 30+ years of experience in public accounting and has previously served as the firm's CEO. Scotty’s experience has covered a wide range of areas over his career including financial institutions, governmental auditing, taxation, and information technology. He currently practices primarily in the area of taxation and strategic consulting. His consulting expertise includes mergers and acquisitions, profitability enhancement, and litigation support. In addition to being a CPA, Scotty is a certified valuation analyst and is heavily involved in business valuations. He graduated with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University, summa cum laude. Scotty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). Within the GSCPA, he has been active in promoting the accounting profession throughout the state by serving on the board of directors and as a section leader for the past several years. His peers have recognized his leadership by awarding him the Distinguished Section Leader Award and the Distinguished Chapter President Award. He is also active and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts, the Dublin-Laurens County Development Authority Airport Oversight Committee (Member and Past Chairman), the Dublin-Laurens County Chamber of Commerce (Past Chairman), the Heart of Georgia Technical College Business Advisory Committee (Past Chairman), and a member of Pine Forest Methodist Church. For his work with the Boy Scouts of America, Scotty has been awarded the Silver Beaver Award for Volunteerism. Scotty enjoys wing and skeet shooting as well as fishing in both fresh and salt water. Other interests include snow skiing, photography and travel. He is also a pilot and an avid aviator whose favorite season is the fall because of college football. He and his wife Louise have three children. After graduating from East Georgia College with an Associate in Arts degree in Business Administration and Economics, Rhonda received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Georgia Southern University. She serves in the audit division of the firm and specializes in providing internal and external auditing services for financial institutions. She also performs non-profit organization audits, Automated Clearing House (ACH) reviews and regulatory compliance reviews. Rhonda is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). She serves on the Board of Directors for Swainsboro Technical College and is a member of the Georgia Southern University Accounting Advisory Council. Rhonda is an active civic leader and has served as past Secretary of the Dublin Lions Club and as Chairperson for the Treutlen County Relay For Life. In 2003 Rhonda was awarded the American Cancer Society’s National Impact Award for her volunteer efforts with the American Cancer Society. Rhonda is an avid reader and a big fan of Nicholas Sparks’ novels. She also enjoys scrapbooking and traveling with her husband, Barry. Although she enjoys traveling to tropical locations like Hawaii, Rhonda’s favorite city to visit is New York City, where she loves to attend Broadway plays and to take in the sites and sounds of the Big Apple. Tracy has over 17 years experience and is currently serving as the firm's CEO. She has a diverse client base but has a special emphasis in the banking and health care industries. Working with business owners, Tracy coordinates and analyzes clients' financial information to provide tax planning services with an emphasis on the minimization of corporate and personal income taxes. Her experience also allows her to offer broad-based consulting services including strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, internal controls, systems design and controllership oversight. She graduated in 1990 from Georgia Southern University with a BBA in accounting and management information systems. Tracy is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). She is past president of the Heart of Georgia Society of CPA’s and currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Management of an Accounting Practice Section of the state society. Tracy has served in various leadership roles with Financial Women International, Dublin Lions Club, and the American Red Cross. For her service to the local Red Cross chapter, she received the Outstanding Volunteer Service Award and is a member of the Clara Barton Society. She has also graduated from the Dublin-Laurens Leadership Group and is a past board member of the Dublin-Laurens Chamber of Commerce. She enjoys spending her spare time traveling (just got back from seeing the pyramids!) and reading novels (adventure and spy novels are a favorite). Tracy and her husband Michael have five kids. Robyn is a graduate of Florida State University with a BS in Accounting. She received her Masters of Business degree from the University of Georgia with an emphasis in Finance and Risk Management. With over 15 years experience in public accounting, Robyn provides services to a wide variety of clients including individual and business tax preparation and governmental audits however, she specializes in providing audit, risk management and business consulting to the financial services industry. She has experience with banks in both the private and public sectors and routinely assists banks with quarterly reporting requirements including call reports, 10Ks and 10Qs. In an effort to develop a new market for the firm and provide the banking community with a choice in regulatory compliance consulting, Robyn has been an integral part of the firm’s Compliance Consulting Group providing services such as BSA audits, Privacy reviews, and loan and deposit regulatory compliance. Robyn has been involved in leadership positions in numerous professional and civic organizations through the years. She is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (currently serving as President of the local chapter). Robyn is a member of the Dublin Service League and is a former Treasurer of the Club and of the Heart of Georgia Technical College Foundation. She has also been a member of various other organizations including Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), Women in Need of God’s Shelter (WINGS), Pine Forest United Methodist Church Finance Committee, Dublin Girls’ Cotillion Club (various officer positions) and the Dublin Junior League. Robyn is a 1995 graduate of the Dublin/Laurens County Leadership class and is also a 2007 graduate of the Georgia Society of CPA’s Leadership Academy. She is the current Chair of the GSCPA Leadership Academy for the graduating class of 2010. Robyn's father, Robert E. Thigpen, Jr., now retired, was the founding member of the firm. Robyn loves going to the beach and has a blast riding thrill rides at Walt Disney World with her husband, Tony and two daughters, Madison and Perry. When she is not traveling with her daughters to dance conventions in various locations around the country or running her girls to dance class, Robyn spends her “free” time traveling, cooking and laughing with friends and family.
