Becky is a graduate of Georgia College & State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She joined Thigpen, Jones, Seaton & Co., PC in 1994 and currently serves as the Tax Department Chairperson. Becky is responsible for providing a wide range of tax services to corporate and individual clients of the firm as well as performing audits and reviews of small businesses and employee benefit plans. Having experience with a wide variety of clients, her expertise is in providing controllership and consulting services for construction and manufacturing clients.
As a CPA licensed in the State of Georgia, Becky is a member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. She formerly served on the Board of Directors for Area Residence for Kids (ARK).
An avid NASCAR fan, Becky also enjoys reading, solving puzzles and going camping with her husband, Larry and their sons, Jarrett and Logan

Cristi is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy with a specialization in taxation. She joined the firm in 2003, after working as a tax associate in both a local Georgia CPA firm and a Big 4 international accounting firm. Cristi serves in the tax and consulting division of the firm and provides tax consulting and compliance services to financial institutions, as well as clients in a variety of other industries. She also performs non-profit organization audits, business valuations, and serves as a financial consultant to many of the firm’s small business clients.
Cristi is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), and the GSCPA Tax Section. She is affiliated with numerous community organizations including the Magnolia Midlands Chapter of the Red Cross, Area Residence for Kids, and the Dublin Girls’ Cotillion Club.
Cristi enjoys travel, cooking, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her husband Matt and their two Scottish Terriers.

Matt graduated from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy with a focus in auditing. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, he worked as a tax associate in a local Athens, Georgia CPA firm as well as an audit associate with a Big-4 international accounting firm. Matt serves in the financial institutions practice of the firm, specializing in information systems audits and penetration testing, financial statement audits, and SOX 404 consulting work for community banks. He is the network administrator for the firm, and also develops software solutions for internal use as well as custom solutions for clients.
Matt is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Georgia and is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He holds the Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP (http://www NULL.offensive-security NULL.com/certifications NULL.php)) designation for penetration testing. Matt is the singer and rhythm guitarist in the local southern rock band Days After (http://www NULL.daysafterband NULL.com/) with his brother, who plays piano and keyboards. He and his wife Cristi are the proud adopted parents of two Scottish Terriers, (Christmas) Katy and Herschel. As an audit manager, Donna brings over twenty years experience in the financial institution and governmental arenas with part of that time serving as the city auditor and chief accountant for a large municipality. Her primary focus is providing financial institutions and governmental agencies with a variety of services such as financial audits, internal audits, fraud exams and serves as a consultant to clients regarding compliance with rules and regulations. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Georgia College and State University.
Donna is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA). She is a graduate of the Georgia Society of CPAs Leadership Academy and has also served in several leadership positions with Financial Women International, a professional organization that supports women in the banking and financial industry.
Donna enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. Donna and her husband Dwayne have two children, Aaron and Autumn.

Lori is a graduate of Georgia College and State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting. She joined Thigpen, Jones, Seaton & Co in 1998. As an audit manager with the firm, Lori specializes in the financial institution industry with experience in both the public and private sectors. In addition to routinely assisting banks with quarterly reporting requirements such as FDIC call reports, 10Ks and 10Qs, she also coordinates and executes internal tests of controls, annual financial statement audits, SOX 404 testing and ACH audits.
In order to develop a new market for the firm and provide a much needed service to her clients, Lori received her certification as an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) in 2004. She is also a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA).
Lori spends her personal time with her husband Matt and their new puppy, Trixie. She takes pleasure from spending time with her friends and family, is an avid reader, enjoys listening to music and indulging her little known passion - shoes!

Spencer is a principal with over 28 years of public accounting experience. Before joining Thigpen, Jones, Seaton & Co. for a second time in 2003, he had spent 15 years as a partner with another local firm. Spencer’s responsibilities include providing tax, accounting and consulting services to a wide variety of business and individual clients. He has extensive experience in the construction and convenience store chains as well as petroleum distribution, financial institutions and real estate development. Spencer received a Bachelors degree in Business Administration with a major in accounting from Georgia Southern University.
Spencer has been involved in leadership positions in numerous professional and civic organizations through the years. He is a current member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (served as President of the local chapter). Spencer has also held officer roles in the Dublin Exchange Club, the Laurens County Advocates for Alzheimer’s Care, the Laurens County Court Appointed Special Advocates, Pine Forest United Methodist Church, is a current member of the Finance Committee at First United Methodist Church, and is an alumni of the Georgia Society of CPA’s Leadership Academy.
Spencer enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. He is a huge fan of high school and college football, as well as enjoying camping, fishing, hunting and back packing on the Appalachian Trail.
