BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Cristi is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a BBA in Accounting and a Masters of Accountancy with a specialization in taxation.  She joined the firm in 2003, after working as a tax associate in both a local Georgia CPA firm and a Big 4 international accounting firm.  Cristi serves in the tax and consulting division of the firm and provides tax consulting and compliance services to financial institutions, as well as clients in a variety of other industries.  She also performs non-profit organization audits, business valuations, and serves as a financial consultant to many of the firm’s small business clients.

PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC AFFILIATIONS

Cristi is both a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Valuation Analyst.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), and the GSCPA Tax Section.  She is affiliated with numerous community organizations including the Magnolia Midlands Chapter of the Red Cross, Area Residence for Kids, Leadership Dublin Laurens Program, the Dublin Girls’ Cotillion Club, and the Dublin 35 under 35 young professionals group.

ON A PERSONAL NOTE

Cristi enjoys travel, cooking, volunteering in the community, and spending time with her husband Matt and their two Scottish Terriers.
