In order to better server our clients, TJS has recently upgraded our online resources for data to be transferred and received via WebDAV web folders. Using industry standard SSL 128-bit encryption, our clients can securely transfer files to our office as well as receive files. We will continue to temporarily maintain FTP access for legacy clients.

WEB FOLDERS

Web folders appear as and may be used just like local folders on a variety of operating systems. Windows clients can map their web folders to a drive letter or access them directly through "My Network Places." You can also save documents directly to the folder from various applications through the "Save As" dialog.

To access our secure WebDAV server, click here and enter the username and password provided to you when prompted. Detailed instructions for accessing your web folder will be displayed once the login process has been completed.

If you have not been assigned a username and password, or if you have forgotten yours, please contact your client service representative.

FILE TRANSFER PROTOCOL (FTP)

Note that legacy FTP transfers are not encrypted. We strongly recommend that all clients upgrade to the new web folders protocol discussed above! Banking clients transmitting documents including customer information will be violating FFIEC guidelines relating to privacy of confidential information.

To access the FTP server, click here and enter the username and password provided to you when prompted.

If you get a connection error, make sure that passive mode is disabled on your browser. In Internet Explorer, go to Tools -> Internet Options -> Advanced and uncheck the "Enable Passive FTP" checkbox.

If you need assistance with either of these areas, please contact our office at 478-272-2030.
